Simple Makes [Life, Software, Everything] Better.
This time I year, I usually get at least one email out of the blue complaining from a student complaining about a teammate. Let me lay out how NOT to handle team conflicts so you don’t end up like some of my student teams at the end of the semester.
I developed, run, and teach UW-Madison’s Computer Science Capstone program. Last semester, GE Healthcare had three teams of students working on two different projects and they wrote a nice article about the experience.
