I’ve got a very short and sweet post today. Very simply, my new eBook, Agile Discovery & Delivery: A Survival Guide for New Software Engineers & Tech Entrepreneurs, is officially PUBLISHED! You can now order your copy using the link above.

A big THANK YOU to everyone who bought the book via the pre-order and an even bigger THANK YOU to all of you who have given me feedback and encouragement along the way. I could not have gotten this book done without you!

What About the Paperback & Hardcover Versions?

They’re coming! The paperback and hardcover versions of Agile Discovery & Delivery are locked & loaded. I am waiting on some cover changes and then I get preview copies (yay!). One of the things I’m most proud of during my career is creating and running UW-Madison’s Computer Sciences Capstone course (CS 620). Every semester, hundreds of computer science Seniors work in teams of four to six on real software projects for real organizations, using agile development practices. And every semester, I need great partner organizations to make it happen. Last year, we had 27 amazing partners and we’re looking to grow quite a bit to accommodate 40% more students for the 2026-2027 school year.
